Having attended the prestigious Fitness Institute International School of Fitness in Boca Raton, Fla. We have been educated by some of the most well respected professionals in the fitness industry.  We feel confident that we can motivate you, energize you and get you in the shape you’ve always wanted to be in while training you in a safe environment that is free of intimidation and judgment.

We aren’t your average run of the mill Fitness Trainers. We incorporate a detailed fitness assessment including blood pressure and heart rate monitoring, body fat calibration and proper breathing techniques. Nutritional guidance and detailed exercise prescriptions based on your current lifestyle, needs and abilities are a part of the program. We offer flexible training locations whether it takes place in your home, at the park , around the neighborhood or at one of the local gym's, keeping fitness convenient for you.
